Is there an application fee? No, we provide our applications fee-free.

How long does approval take? Typically within 3-5 business days.

Do I need a co-signer? Most student applicants require a guarantor.

What utilities are provided? Water, sewer, and trash services are included in your rent. Electric and internet are the responsibility of the resident.

How far is uptown from Athens Station? Court Street is a 5 minute walk uphill.

How to submit rent? Rent can be dropped off at the main office in the form of a check or money order.
